The organization values this learning and takes action to ensure that learning spreads throughout the organization. Organization development recognizes organizational structures influence the work and the worker’s behavior and attitudes. The two of these (LO-OD) are then used to build the organization in a way to meet the business objectives cost effectively and competitive edge.
