Strategy is Nothing Without Execution
Strategy is the first step, but a strategy that is poorly executed or not executed at all will produce little or nothing. A good strategy poorly executed will likely produce poor results.
Execution includes the work ad creativity of our people. People are those that perform the work, adjust the strategy to the situations that are presented. To be effective our staff must be able to think and act systematically and with a view of the entire system considering any unintended consequences.
To accomplish that, our people need to be life long learners, both on and off the job. This improves our team’s ability to make appropriate risk / reward trade off decisions in the face of executing to meet the strategy. This saves the company money, time and embarrassment.
